2010 BOOTH SPACE FEE
Booth space is $24.00 sq. ft. (10x10 is$2,400.00)
BOOTH SPACE FEE INCLUDES:
Corporate Conference Badge: Exhibiting companies will receive one complimentary corporate conference badge for each 100 square feet of booth space to a maximum of five (5) complimentary badges. This badge may be distributed among company employees to gain access to conference sessions.
Exhibitors Badges: A maximum of five complimentary exhibitor personnel badges will be allocated for each 100 square feet of contracted space.
Electrical: UNITE will provide one 120 volt single outlet electrical receptacle (1,000 watt) to each exhibitor at no charge.
Furnishing: UNITE will provide each exhibitor with a 7” x 44” booth sign showing the company name and booth number(s). All booths (except islands and peninsulas) will be set up with an 8 feet high fabric drape backing and a 3 feet high side drape.
Directory Listing: The UNITE Exhibitor Directory will list each exhibiting company and a brief description of their products and services.
Exhibitors May Escort Delegates Onto Exhibit Floor Outside Of Show Hours: If Exhibitors wish to escort a delegate(s) onto the Exhibit Floor outside of show hours the Exhibitor must first sign-in the delegate(s) at the Registration area. Each delegate will be given an “Escorted Guest” badge that must be worn while on the Exhibit Floor. The Exhibitor must be in company of their guests at all times and is responsible for the guest while on the Exhibit floor. The Exhibitor must collect the badge(s) from their guest(s) and return these badges to the Registration desk and sign-out their guest, immediately upon leaving the floor. Exhibitors that fail to return the badges and sign out their guests will lose their “Escorted Guest” privilege. Each exhibitor will be allowed a maximum of 3 escorted delegates at one time. Exhibitors will not be able to escort delegates onto the floor during any of the Keynote sessions.
