Congratulations, you have been selected to present your presentation at the UNITE 2010 Annual Technology Conference & Exhibition, May 23-26, 2010 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland USA.

Please view the agenda for your abstract as it will give you the assigned track, session number, room, day and time for your presentation. Please check back periodically to see if any changes were made to your assigned information. All speakers must submit a Speaker Confirmation Form NOW.
Confirm your participation. Please do it NOW but no later than April 15, 2010

Contains presentation guidelines, handout examples, and requirements for submitting your presentation that will be published on the UNITE website for the conference attendees.

Speaker Recognition Form
Complete this form by June 1, 2010 if you would like UNITE to e-mail a recognition letter on your behalf.

UNITE requests that all speakers bring hand-outs to give to conference attendees. You will be notified by email in early May telling you the number of handouts you should bring.

The submission of your abstract is a commitment to UNITE to conduct your presentation in accordance with the abstract.  If you believe that the presentation abstract should be modified to better describe your presentation, please submit the changes to Lynn Lovelace. Do not change the content of the presentation and the abstract without approval from UNITE. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, please provide a substitute speaker. All substitute speakers will be subject to the approval of UNITE. 

Speakers who register by May 9, 2010 will save $200.00 off the full conference registration fee. UNITE is offering a Speaker Daily fee of $395.00 for speakers who would like to attend sessions on the day of their presentation. You may use the Speaker Daily fee once and it must be used on the day of your presentation.
